Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy – Giftiny

Cancellation Policy

At Giftiny, we strive to deliver a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. However, in rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to the following reasons:

  • Product out of stock
  • Product not meeting our quality standards
  • Technical errors in pricing or product information

In such situations, the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Orders placed for same-day delivery or perishable items cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.
  • Certain products may be non-cancellable due to their nature (customized or special items). These will be reviewed case-by-case.

Cancellation Charges

If a cancellation request is approved within the eligible time frame:

  • A 5% deduction + ₹99 will be applied (payment gateway & processing charges).
  • Remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Returns & Exchange Policy

General Policy

At Giftiny, products once sold are not eligible for return or refund.
However, we offer replacement/exchange in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product

Return Request Process

To request an exchange:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email: support@giftiny.in
  • Share clear images/video of the issue

Conditions for Exchange

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice
  • Used or damaged products (by customer) will not be accepted

Return Shipping

  • Giftiny currently does not offer reverse pickup
  • Customer must courier the product
  • Share AWB (tracking number) after dispatch
  • Giftiny is not responsible for damage/loss during return transit

Validation & Approval

  • All requests are subject to quality inspection
  • If approved, replacement will be shipped (subject to stock availability)
  • Only same product/SKU exchange allowed

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • Product is defective/damaged and replacement is not available
  • Order is cancelled by Giftiny
